Is a free version or trial of the system available?
No. Data Octopus requires real data to be downloaded and prepared for operation. This generates infrastructure costs for Data Octopus.
How does the Data Octopus pricing work?
The first step is to choose one of the 3 subscription plans. The second step is to select the number of markets where you want to use Data Octopus. The first market is free and included in the subscription plan. The third and final step is to decide on add-ons such as integration with the e-commerce engine or additional customer segmentation.
Which e-commerce platforms does Data Octopus integrate with?
By default, Data Octopus, besides the product feed in the GMC schema, collects data via API from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. What does the process of granting access to my data sources look like?

What does the process of starting to use Data Octopus look like?
Choose a plan, number of markets, add-ons, and click “Order Data Octopus.” In the next step, you will be asked to fill in basic information and accept the terms of service and privacy policy. The final step is to confirm the order by clicking the button in the email sent to the provided email address. Done — and we can start configuring Data Octopus for you!
What payment methods are available?
At the moment, payment is made by bank transfer based on an invoice. In the future, direct payment by card will also be available.

How long does it take to configure the system?
Depending on the data sources, their cleanliness, and consistency, it takes from a few hours to several business days.

What happens after ordering Data Octopus?
You will receive an order summary at the email address provided during the order and be asked to click to confirm it. In the next step, you will receive an email inviting you to start configuring the application by connecting your data sources.
Will Data Octopus improve my store’s performance?
Yes, although the extent depends on how deeply you utilize the feeds, audience lists, and reports generated by Data Octopus. By aggregating data from multiple sources, you’ll get a complete picture of your products, brands, and categories. A Product Expert will support you in making decisions and implementing the best segmentations that align with your business goals. Effective implementation and optimization at the ad account level remain your responsibility, but you’ll have a strong partner in Data Octopus, equipped with new data and capabilities.
