Description of functionality (application): The Client/user registers with Data Octopus (free of charge) by creating an account. Next, the Data Octopus application is authenticated with the Google Ads account from which data is to be analyzed. The OAuth standard is used for this (https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2?hl=pl).

The Administrator downloads the data contained therein to BigQuery within Google Cloud, uses it to prepare the report, and displays it in the application, which the client/user accesses via the account previously created by them. The application uses the Google Ads API to review advertising campaign performance data. The data is not shared with third parties, nor is it used for advertising.

The data is retained for the period necessary to provide the application's functionality, and then according to the rules set out in the section _“Personal data will be deleted in the following cases”. The Client/user may object to data processing at any time, or the data will be deleted after disconnecting the Google account from the application.

Additionally, the Client/user may revoke access to Google Ads data at any time via their Google account security settings.

The application also allows exporting the report generated by the Client/User in JSON format. The JSON file can then be uploaded to the Echo assistant (custom Gem) provided by the Administrator, which offers support and indicates specific data activation strategies using Data Octopus. By downloading and using this Gem, the Client/User accepts the provisions of Google's policy (Google's general terms: https://policies.google.com/terms) and the Gemini privacy notice (https://support.google.com/gemini/answer/13594961?sjid=13388990599102269462-EU#privacy_notice). From that point forward, the Administrator bears no responsibility for the actions of the Client/User, who should use AI tools in accordance with the aforementioned Google documents. Additionally, the Administrator holds a paid Google Workspace license, which means they independently comply (within professional access) with enterprise-grade privacy protection and security features and models. Chats and files submitted in Gemini-powered applications will not be reviewed by human reviewers or otherwise used to train generative AI models.
