Data sources overview
What data Data Octopus pulls from each source: resources, tables and field groups. For technical readers who want to know exactly what goes into the data model.
Access setup guide: every source in one placeHow to read these docs
- Each source has the same layout: the resources we pull (with table names), then the groups a merchant cares about: orders, customers, products and so on.
- Technical and security fields (passwords, keys, tokens, internal ids and flags) are left out, as is how or where the data is loaded.
- "Customer data" means identifying details (name, e-mail, phone, address, company/tax id). It is pulled where the source provides it.
- "Optional" means the table is loaded only when it is enabled for the shop.
